The Capital Market Authority’s (CMA) Q2 2025 report on institutions under its supervision revealed that nine companies achieved a 100% brokerage service availability rate, down from 18 companies in Q1 of the same year.

The brokerage service availability rate refers to the percentage of time brokerage services, including order execution, platform access, and trading interfaces, are fully operational and accessible to clients, compared to the total time the service is expected to be available, including official working hours or authorized brokerage periods.

All companies recorded high availability rates of 97% or higher, with the exception of Awaed Alosool Capital, which reported an availability rate of 81.17%.
