Trading suspended on Jana Medical over delayed financial disclosure
The Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) placed a trading halt on shares of Jana Medical Co. starting from today, Oct. 2, 2025, until the company announces its financial statements. 
The suspension followed Jana Medical’s failure to disclose its financial statements for the period ending June 30, 2025, within the official deadline.
According to data available on Argaam, Tadawul earlier placed a one-session trading halt on the company’s shares on Sept. 2, for failure to disclose its financial statements within the deadline.
On Sept. 14, Jana Medical said that it is unable to post interim financial results for the six-month period ended on June 30, 2025, due to the failure to finish the procedures for holding an ordinary general assembly (OGM) to appoint a certified public accountant to conduct an audit of the fiscal periods ending June 30, 2025, and December 31, 2025.
