Gas Arabian Services Co. (GAS) said that the preview period for the transition document will end today, Oct. 2, according to a statement to Tadawul. 
A trading halt will be placed on the company’s shares on Oct. 5 for five business days maximum, in preparation for its transition to the Main Market.
According to data available with Argaam, the company earlier published a document for the transition from the Nomu-Parallel Market to the Main Market (TASI).
The company’s capital stands at SAR 158 million, divided into 158 million shares. GAS shares listed on Nomu on Feb. 7, 2022.
Tadawul approved, on Sept. 16, GAS’s application for transition.
