Al-Bargan has over 25 years of experience in the field of work, 15 of which have been in the cement and building materials sector.
He joined the Southern Cement in early 2011 and has held several leadership positions, most notably Director of Marketing and Sales, Director of Planning and Business Development, Director of Engineering Services, Director of Supply Chain Management (formerly Procurement and Contracts), and then Executive Vice President of Operations and Operations and Secretary of the Board of Directors, the statement added.
