Saudi Arabia’s pre-budget statement estimated state revenues at SAR 1.14trillion and expenditure at SAR 1.31trillion for 2026, with an expected deficit of SAR 166billion, the Ministry of Finance said today, Sept. 30.
The Kingdom’s revenue and expenditure are forecasted to reach SAR 1.09 trillion and SAR 1.33 trillion in 2025, respectively, with a deficit of SAR 245 billion.
