Saudi Networkers Services Co.’s (SNS) board of directors approved last Thursday, Sept. 28, the company’s transition from the parallel market (Nomu) to the main market (TASI).

According to a statement on Tadawul, SNS will begin fulfilling the necessary requirements and coordinating with relevant authorities to obtain the approvals needed for the move.

The transition remains subject to the approval of the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and the fulfillment of all related requirements.

The company noted that any material developments will be disclosed once they occur.

According to data available on Argaam, SNS was listed and began trading on Nomu in August 2022. It currently has a share capital of SAR 60 million, with a nominal value of SAR 10 per share.
