Saudi Arabia’s benchmark Tadawul All Share Index (TASI) recorded today, Sept. 24, its biggest percentage gain since 2020, closing with a significant 5.1% gain at 11,437 points. It also achieved its steepest points increase since 2014, at approximately 550 points. 
The market rally came after Bloomberg reported that the Capital Market Authority was considering allowing foreign investors to own majority stakes in listed companies.
With today’s rise, TASI extended its winning streak to six sessions, adding nearly 1,000 points, or almost 10%.
