WSM Information Technology Co.’s board of directors appointed, on Sept. 21, Fahad Alaboud as Chairman and Alanoud Alqahtani as Vice Chairman, according to a statement to Tadawul.

The board also appointed Amal Alotaibi, Turki Alatef, and Adel Almansour as board members, while Nardin Alibrahim was named as Board Secretary.
The audit committee was established, with Amal Alotaibi, Adel Almansour, and Zaki Mourad as its members, effective Sept. 21.
Moreover, the nominations and remuneration committee was formed, including Turki Alatef, Ibrahim Alhassoun and Nada Al-Enezi.
Alaboud and Alqahtani were also appointed as representatives to the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and Tadawul, respectively.
Shareholders earlier approved the election of board members for the upcoming four-year term ending on Sept. 20, 2029, according to data available with Argaam.
