AOLrecommends granting 1bonus share for every 2 held, alongside 10% cash dividends

Academy of Learning Co.’s (AOL) board of directors, in a meeting held yesterday, Sept. 21, recommended increasing the company’s capital by granting bonus shares to shareholders through the capitalization of SAR 45 million from retained earnings.
The hike represents a 50% capital increase, with shareholders receiving one bonus share for every two shares held.

In separate statements on Tadawul, the company also said the board recommended distributing a cash dividend of 10% of capital (SAR 1 per share) for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2025.
