Hawyia Auctions signs contract with Hamad bin Mohammed bin Mousa Al-Mousa

Hawyia Auctions Co. signed a contract with Hamad bin Mohammed bin Mousa Al-Mousa for marketing and organizing a public auction aimed at the sale of a commercial and residential plots in Makkah.

In a Tadawul statement, the company said the contract value represents nearly 11% of its topline, as per the latest approved financial statements.

The contract becomes effective from the date of signing and will expire on Oct. 25, 2025. It is renewable for an additional period by mutual agreement.

The contract is expected to have a positive impact on 2025 financials.

There are no related parties to the deal, the statement said, adding that the company will disclose any material events in due course.

Hawyia recorded SAR 62.6 million revenues in 2024. The 11% of which represents SAR 6.9 million, according to Argaam data.
