According to a statement to Tadawul, the company pointed out that the decision comes in light of the recent appointment of a CEO.
The new organizational structure aims to align with the company’s transitional phase goals, improve operational efficiency, and enhance overall corporate performance.
Al Jouf Cement recently named Sameer Al-Rehaili as CEO, effective Sept. 7, according to data available on Argaam.
Moreover, the board appointed Qais Balas as Managing Director through the end of the current board term on Aug. 5, 2027.
