Jana Medical Co. said in a statement to Tadawul that it is unable to post interim financial results for the six-month period ended on June 30, 2025. 
The company attributed this delay to not completing the procedures for holding the ordinary general assembly to appoint a certified public accountant to audit the financial period ending on June 30, 2025, and the financial period ending on December 31, 2025.

Work is underway to arrange for the ordinary general assembly to be held and to appoint an external auditor, said the company, noting that trading of its shares was suspended on September 3, 2025.
The company added that it is working to finalize the financial statements and publish them once approved, expecting to publish them on September 30, 2025.
It stated that the procedures for suspending the trading of listed securities will be applied in accordance with the listing rules.
The company also said it is committed to announcing any subsequent developments regarding the inability to publish the financial results, as well as announcing without delay any material developments.
