Al Jouf Cement’s board of directors named Sameer Al-Rehaili as CEO effective as of September 7, 2025, according to a statement to Tadawul. 
Al-Rehaili has over 20 years of experience in the industrial and commercial sectors, in addition to his experience in operational management, strategic leadership, business development, and corporate management.

He has held numerous positions, including Operations Manager of the Molding Unit at Al-Wataniya Industries, General Manager of Canal Investment Company, General Manager of Al-Tawfiq Plastics Industries, and Chief Executive Officer of Al-Tawfiq Group in both the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Arab Republic of Egypt, where he also served as a board member.
Al-Rehaili holds a bachelor’s degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from King Saud University.
