KnowledgeNet Co.’s board of directors approved the resignation of CEO Fahad Al-Eidy, effective as of Sept. 2, according to a statement to Tadawul.
The board appointed Managing Director (MD) Mohammad Attiya as Acting CEO, also effective Sept. 2.
Attiya holds a bachelor’s degree in computer engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Manchester. He has led KnowledgeNet’s sales division since 2003 and held several roles before being named Acting CEO.
