Separately, the Securities Depository Center Co. (Edaa) said Signworld’s subscribed securities were deposited today into the accounts of eligible shareholders.
According to data available with Argaam, the company floated 1.5 million shares on Nomu, at SAR 12 per share, in an offering that ran from Aug. 17-24.
The offered shares represented 20% of the company’s post-IPO capital and 25% of pre-IPO capital.
The offering was 108.74% oversubscribed.
