The retail investor subscription period saw participation from 77,400 investors

Marketing Home Group Co.completed its retail offering for listing on the Main Market (TASI), Alinma Capital, the lead manager, financial advisor, bookrunner, and underwriter, said in a statement to Tadawul.

The retail investor subscription period saw participation from 77,400 investors. Total orders placed by retail investors reached approximately SAR 163.4 million, resulting in an oversubscription rate of 200%.

A minimum of 10 shares was allocated to each investor in the retail tranche.

The remaining shares were allocated on a pro rata basis, based on the size of each investor’s request proportional to the total remaining shares, with an average allocation factor of 16.17%, the statement added.

The institutional tranche of the sale was nearly 967% covered.

Refunds, if any, will commence on Aug. 27, the company added.
