Alkhaleej Training and Education Co. signed today, Aug. 21 a contract worth SAR 36.23 million, excluding VAT, with The Company for Cooperative Insurance (Tawuniya) to provide medical insurance services for its employees and their families, the company said in a Tadawul statement.

The one-year contract, effective Sept. 1, 2025, will reflect on the company’s financial results for 2025 and 2026, the statement added.

The company noted related-party involvement, as board member Mohammed Al Quraishah serves as Senior Executive GM for Key Accounts and Corporate Sales at Tawuniya, while Salman Al Faris, Chairman of Smart Link, a subsidiary of Alkhaleej Training, also sits on Tawuniya’s board.

Alkhaleej Training confirmed the agreement is within the ordinary course of business and carries no preferential terms.
