The Human Resources Development Fund (Hadaf) supported the private-sector employment of 267,000 citizens through its programs and initiatives during the first half of 2025, marking a 74% year-on-year (YoY) rise. 
Over 1.45 million citizens benefited from its empowerment, guidance and training services during the six-month period, the state-run news agency SPA reported.
Hadaf highlighted that more than 136,000 establishments benefited from its programs during the same period, up by 36% YoY, of which 94% were small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
The total amount spent on support programs exceeded SAR 3.77 billion during H1 2025, in line with the Saudi Vision 2030 goals, the fund said.
