Malath Cooperative Insurance Co. said it received today, Aug. 20, two letters from the Insurance Authority (IA) suspending board members Mohammed Alammari and Mohammed AlJumah from the company’s board, effective immediately. 
In a Tadawul filing, the insurer confirmed it will comply with the directives and implement them in line with relevant regulations.
