Saudia Dairy and Foodstuff Co. (SADAFCO) said it completed the sale of a 6,130-square-meter plot in Al-Murooj district, north Riyadh, for SAR 110.25 million, excluding real estate transaction tax. 
The buyers are Ibrahim Saedan and Haya Al Ajlan, with no special conditions or preferential terms, the company said in a Tadawul filing. The land, previously used as a sales warehouse, had a book value of SAR 2.1 million and is no longer used for sales operations.
