Alkhaleej Training and Education Co. signed on Aug. 12, an agreement with Gordon Ramsay International Holdings Ltd. to establish and operate a Gordon Ramsay Culinary Academy in Saudi Arabia, according to a statement on Tadawul. 
The contract represents an exclusive partnership between the two parties to establish a branch of the Gordon Ramsay Culinary Academy. The contract value stood at SAR 2.81 million.

Under the agreement, Alkhaleej Training is granted exclusive rights to establish and operate Gordon Ramsay Culinary Academy branches in three Saudi cities—Riyadh, Jeddah, and Al Khobar.
The franchisor will provide operational, culinary, and marketing support, including brand rights, operational standards, training, and compliance.
The 10-year contract is renewable and is expected to positively affect Alkhaleej Training’s financials starting from the opening of the first academy—scheduled for Dec. 31, 2025—with the financial effect to continue throughout the contract period.
