Saudi Paper Manufacturing Co. (SPM) appointed Abdulaziz Almashal as new CEO, in place of Yousseri Elbishry after terminating his contract on Aug. 7.

The appointment was recommended by the remuneration and nominations committee, SPM said in a statement to Tadawul.
Almashaal holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Alfaisal University and has served as Deputy CEO and board member since 2021. He also manages several subsidiaries of Saudi Paper and sits on the board of East Gas Co.
Saudi Paper had appointed Elbishry as CEO in April 2020, according to Argaam’s data.
