Intelligent Oud Company for Trading (iOud) announced that the shareholders will convened their extraordinary general meeting (EGM) on Wednesday, Aug. 20, 2025, to vote on amending Article Two of the company’s bylaws related to the company’s name, to change it to Ramath Hospitality Co.

In a statement on Tadawul, the company said that the agenda also includes voting on the appointment of the company’s external auditor from among the nominated candidates—based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee—to examine, review, and audit the financial statements for the first half and the full year of the 2025 fiscal year and determine their fees.
The company obtained the Ministry of Commerce’s non-objection to submit the proposed name change to the EGM.
