Saudi Basic Industries Corp. (SABIC) will hold a press conference to review the company’s performance and financial results for the second quarter of 2025 on Aug. 3, the petchem major said in a statement. 
The company incurred a loss of SAR 1.21 billion in Q1 2025, versus a profit of SAR 246.2 million in Q1 2024, according to data available with Argaam.
Research firms expect SABIC to post a loss of SAR 26.9 million in the second quarter of 2025, compared to a profit of SAR 2.2 billion a year earlier.
