LIVA Insurance Co. signed today, July 22, a contract with Banque Saudi Fransi (BSF), worth over 10% of insurance revenue as per the 2024 audited income statement. 
In a Tadawul filing, the Saudi-listed company said the one-year contract entails the provision of group life insurance services for the bank.

The agreement falls within the normal course of doing business, with no preferential terms granted, the statement added.
According to data available with Argaam, LIVA’s insurance revenue for 2024 amounted to approximately SAR 446 million.
