Shares of Sport Clubs Co. traded today, July 22, within the range of SAR 7.59 to SAR 9.02, compared to the listing price of SAR 7.50 on the Main Market (TASI).

Nearly 23.20 million shares worth SAR 188.91 million were traded through about 17,000 transactions.

Sport Clubs started trading on TASI today, with the symbol 6018 and ISIN Code: SA56BG3IU118, at SAR 7.5 per share. The nominal value of each share is SAR 1.

The stock will trade with ±30% daily and ±10% static price fluctuation limits on the first three days. Starting the fourth trading day onwards, the daily price fluctuation limits will revert to ±10%, while the static price fluctuation limits will no longer apply.

The company floated 34.32 million shares, or 30% of its capital. As much as 80% of the offered shares were allocated to participating parties, while the remaining 20% was allotted to retail investors.

The retail IPO was 533.6% oversubscribed, while the institutional IPO was 44.1x covered.

A minimum of 10 shares were allocated to each retail investor, while the remaining shares were allocated pro rata at an average allocation factor of 12.5%.
