The OPEC+ alliance began talks on approving a fourth increase to its production cap for August, ahead of this weekend meeting, Bloomberg reported, citing delegates who asked not to be identified. 
There are also talks to shift the virtual session to July 5 from July 6 due to scheduling issues, the delegates added.
They noted that the alliance had already been focusing last week on a fourth 411,000-barrel hike for August.
