AWJ Real Estate has announced the signing of a strategic Memorandum of Understanding with Seef Properties, one of the leading real estate development companies in the Kingdom of Bahrain, to jointly develop a mixed-use destination in Riyadh.
The project will be part of a broader series of strategic developments within the Al Rabwa district, including the previously announced “Al Rabwa Boulevard” and the “SEVEN” entertainment destination currently under development by SaudiEntertainmentVentures, in addition to other high-impact projects to be revealed soon.
The new destination will be located within oneof AWJ Real Estate’s major developments in Riyadh, which has already seen the successful delivery of over 3,000 residential units in earlier phases, in collaboration with top-tier real estate developers across the Kingdom. The next development phase is expected to introduce more than 7,000 additional and diverse residential units.
Spanning over 160,000 square meters and with a projected development value of approximately SAR 1.5 billion, the project is envisioned as a fully integrated urban destination. It will feature family entertainment centers, dining and café outlets, office spaces, and residential units — all designed to meet the highest standards of sustainable urban development.
