Saudi Enaya Cooperative Insurance Co. (Saudi Enaya) appointed board member, Kinana Al Sharif as a Managing Directoron May 19, 2025, upon obtaining the approval of the Insurance Authority, according to a statement to Tadawul.
Al Sharif held a bachelor’s degree of accounting from King Abdulaziz University, with over 26 years of experience in the financial sector, management consulting, and business restructuring.
The board’s approval is not final, and the appointment, along with Al Sharif’s board membership, will be subject to the approval of the upcoming general meeting, the statement added.
