Nayifat Finance Co.’s board of directors accepted the resignation of Fahad Al-Mufarrej from his role as CEO, according to a statement to Tadawul. 
Al-Mufarrej decided not to renew his contract with the company and resigned from his position on the executive committee due to personal reasons. His final working day will be May 28, 2025.
