The operation includes a modern urban transport network covering five main routes with a total length of 136 kilometers. The buses will be operated by 30 modern buses driven by 90 qualified Saudi drivers, stopping at 106 stations throughout the city. These routes connect the most prominent sites in Tabuk, facilitating daily transportation for citizens, residents, and visitors, SPA reported.

The project is the first of its kind in the Kingdom to operate electric buses, which account for 25% of the total bus fleet. This step reflects the move toward sustainable transportation and reduction of carbon emissions, making Tabuk the first Saudi city to operate electric buses as part of the public transport system.
