Jana Medical Co.’s board of directors approved today, May 6, the resignation of CEO Jameel Al Otaibi, effective from May 5, due to personal reasons. He will remain on the board as an independent non-executive director. 
In a Tadawul filing, Jana said Wissam Ghazzaoui was appointed as Acting CEO, effective from today.
