Al Moammar Information Systems Co. (MIS) received last Thursday a purchase order from the Ministry of Education worth SAR 79.41 million, including value-added tax (Vat).

The company said in a statement on Tadawul that the one-year contract will provide Microsoft services and products.

The financial impact is projected to be shown from Q2 2025 until Q2 2026.

The purchase order falls within the framework agreement concluded with the Expenditure Projects Efficiency Authority (EXPRO), which was disclosed on the Tadawul website on March 25, 2024.

According to data compiled by Argaam, MIS signed on March 25, a unified framework agreement with EXPRO to supply Microsoft products and services for eligible government bodies, for three years, subject to extension.
