The Saudi Authority for Accredited Valuers (Taqeem) and the Insurance Authority (IA) signed a cooperation agreement to enhance coordination and development in the vehicle-damage assessment sector.
In a statement, Taqeem said the agreement also seeks to improve service quality, positively impact user experience, and support national development goals.
Key areas of cooperation include expanding valuation services, strengthening joint oversight to reduce violations, aligning related activities, and launching future joint initiatives.
The agreement will last three years, with the possibility of renewal. It includes a clear activation mechanism involving joint working groups, structured information sharing, and adherence to top governance and confidentiality standards.
