Saudi Arabia’s exports of chemicals and related products jumped 14% year-on-year (YoY) to nearly SAR 6.29 billion in January 2025.

Compared with December 2024, chemical exports saw a decline of 18%, or SAR 1.34 billion.

Chemicals and related products made up 24% of January’s SAR 26.5 billion in non-oil exports,as shown in the following table:

Chemical imports accounted for 8% of the total imports of SAR 72.6 billion,as shown in the following table:
