Saudi Arabian Oil Co. (Saudi Aramco) signed a series of memoranda of understanding (MoUs) and a cooperation agreement with consulting firms and educational institutions.

The agreements aim to train Aramco employees through secondment and integration into consulting firms’ projects. They also seek to empower the next generation of innovators, enhance digital skills, and prepare Saudi youth for the future labor market.

In a statement received by Argaam, the energy giant said it signed MoUs with Deloitte Touche Middle East Ltd., Accenture, and Korn Ferry through its regional headquarters in the Middle East and North Africa, including Hay Group Saudi Arabia Limited.

The company also announced a cooperation agreement with Numou Education Center to establish the Innovation Oasis Program in the Eastern Province. The program’s dedicated center will be launched through a partnership between Aramco and Numou.

The initiative aims to empower 60,000 beneficiaries by 2027.
