Diriyah Co. appointed Turner Townsend as project and construction management consultant for the northern district of the Diriyah project, MEED reported. 
The northern district is planned as a knowledge hub, featuring museums, a university, a library, and a hotel surrounding a public square with views of At-Turaif and Wadi Hanifa.
Since March 2024, Turner Townsend has managed the transition to the next development phase, including the appointment of a full-service general contractor across the area.
“The northern district is a key pillar of the Diriyah masterplan; it reflects the richness and diversity of the city,” MEED quoted Diriyah Co. CEO Jerry Inzerillo as saying.
