Saudi Pharmaceutical Industries and Medical Appliances Corp.’s (SPIMACO) board of directors decided on April 7 to appoint Khalid Al-Gwaiz as Chairman and Ahmed Aljedai as Vice Chairman and Managing Director, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

Additionally, Ibrahim Aljuffali, Mohammed Alassmri, and Abdulaziz Aloud were named the company’s representatives to the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul).
