In a statement to Tadawul, the company said that the deal was concluded and signed on April 6, 2025, and will remain valid until Jan. 22, 2026.
The amount will be utilized for newly awarded projects (issuing letters of guarantee, letters of credit and invoice financing), the statement added.
The facility agreement is secured by promissory notes to the amount of total facilities, 2P noted, indicating that no related parties are part of the deal.
