The ban onAlmajed Oud Co.’s major shareholders from selling shares was lifted today, April 6, six months after the stock began trading on the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) on Oct. 7, 2024. 
The major shareholders, Khaled Ali Othman Al Majed, Saad Ali Othman Al Majed, Suleiman Ali Othman Al Majed, and Majed Ali Othman Al Majed, were subjected to a six-month ban starting from the stock’s debut onTadawul.
As of today, they can sell their shares without prior approval from the Capital Market Authority (CMA).
