Al Jouf Cement Co. said it is unable to disclose its financial results for 2024 within the specified deadline, according to a Tadawul statement today, March 31. 
The cement producer explained that this was due to not completing the review of 2024 annual financials.
The results will likely be posted on April 20, 2025, the company said, adding that the stock will be suspended on April 3.
