Saudi Pharmaceutical Industries and Medical Appliances Corporation (SPIMACO) signed a collaboration agreement with China National Biotec Group Co. Ltd (CNBG) to supply, produce, and commercialize Influenza vaccines in Saudi Arabia and selected GCC markets.

In a statement to Tadawul, the company pointed out that the contract extends until Dec. 31, 2026, with a value of less than 1% of its total annual revenues for 2023.
CNBG will grant SIPMACO exclusive rights to supply, manufacture, distribute, and market influenza vaccines in the markets of Saudi Arabia and GCC countries.
There are no related parties to the deal, the company said, noting that the related financial impact will be determined at a later stage.
