Hassana Investment Co. completed the acquisition of a 40% stake in Berain Water Co., a Saudi bottled water manufacturer. 
Berain Water is owned by Mohammed Abdulaziz Al Rajhi Sons Investment Co. (Al Rajhi Investment), Hassana said in a statement.
