Amwal Financial, the financial advisor on the initial public offering (IPO) of Ratio Specialty Trading Co. (RATIO) on Nomu-Parallel Market, announced the completion of the latter’s offering of five million ordinary shares (25% of capital).

The offered shares were 865% subscribed, according to a statement to Tadawul today, Feb. 25.

The minimum allocation amounted to 100 shares per subscriber, said Amwal Financial, adding that the allotment was executed on a pro-rata basis.

According to Argaam‘s data, RATIO floated five million shares on Nomu at SAR 10 per share. The offered shares represented 25% of the company’s SAR 20 million capital, divided into 20 million shares at a nominal value of SAR 1 each.
