Perfect Presentation for Commercial Services Co. (2P) signed a contract today, Feb. 24 with the Ministry of Investment for operating the unified call center and supporting operations, at a value of SAR 62.65 million, including VAT. 
The contract’s term is 36 months, it noted, in a statement to Tadawul.

The scope of the project’s work includes providing specialized services to support and operate the unified call center and support operations at the Ministry of Investment in general, the company said.
It added that this is including the scope of the following services: Answering and receiving calls services, operational support services, quality, guidance and guidance services for the call center, providing technical systems for the call center and supporting systems, and providing and training human cadres to operate the project.
The company also indicated that it expects positive impact from the contract for the years 2025, 2026, 2027 and 2028, noting that there are no related parties to it.
