Saudi Minister of Communications and Information Technology Abdullah Al-Swaha said that the number of jobs in the communications sector in the Kingdom reached 381,000 by the end of 2024.
The Kingdom seeks to be a global hub for bridging the gaps in artificial intelligence, the minister added during a speech at the LEAP 25 conference.
“We launched the largest center for AI inference with a capacity of 150 megawatts,” he said.
The minister also indicated that the growth rate of the Kingdom’s digital economy reached 13% annually since the launch of Vision 2030.
