Arabian Co. for Agricultural Industrial Investments (Entaj) set the price range at SAR 46-50, according to the initial public offering (IPO) financial advisor and lead manager SNB Capital. 
Entaj also announced the start of the book-building process for institutional investors as of today, Feb. 9. According to the prospectus, the book-building process and subscription period for participating entities will run to Feb. 13.
Entaj plans to float nine million shares on the Main Market (TASI), representing 30% of the company’s SAR 300 million share capital, divided into 30 million shares, each with a nominal value of SAR 10.
The subscription period for retail investors will run for two days, from Feb. 26-27, with 900,000 shares allocated to the category.
