Al Gassim Investment Holding Co. (GACO) said it received the title deed for a 74.04 million square meter (sqm) plot of land in the Sheri district of Qassim, according to a statement to Tadawul

In June 2020, a royal decree allowed GACO to own the 74.04 million sqm plot as part of a larger land grant in Shari, Qassim.
