Al Moammar Information Systems Co. (MIS) renewed and amended a Shariah-complaint bank facility agreement valued at SAR 1.65 billion with Banque Saudi Fransi (BSF). 
In a statement to Tadawul, the company said that the facility agreement was approved and signed on Feb. 2, 2025, with the financing period extending until July 31, 2025.
The credit amount will be used to cover invoice payables, projects financing and issuance of letters of credit guarantee.
The amount is secured by promissory notes to the amount of total facilities limit, the statement added, noting that no related parties are included in the deal.
