The fourth edition of the Future Real Estate Forum witnessed the signing of 12 agreements for outstanding real estate projects worth over SAR 6 billion.

The projects aim to boost sector growth and increase the housing supply across various regions of the Kingdom.

On its X platform, the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing said a memorandum of understanding was signed between the ministry’s Agency for Housing Supply Stimulus and Real Estate Development and several specialized companies. This aims to enhance public-private sector cooperation in developing innovative real estate projects that contribute to infrastructure improvements and support the Housing Program’s objectives to increase homeownership rates.

Additionally, the forum saw the signing of several agreements between the Human Capacity Development Agency at the ministry and various companies. The agreements seek to develop and empower national human resources and promote localization across different professions and sectors.
